该职位来源于猎聘 KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责:
- General interface with customer for major customer issues – Chair weekly meeting with customer to review weekly IQC/IPQC/OQC/downstream MIL and customer complaint update and etc.
 - Daily review Customer complaint VOC and VOP, follow up with team for critical quality issue.
 
Monitor 8D cycle time.
- Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Quality issue reports preparation and related improvement plan follow up.
 - Customer spec review and product criteria establish
 - Regular meeting with internal team for quality issue improvement to achieve customer.
 - Attend customer visit/audit and prepare internal arrangements per agenda. Attend the meeting and prepare meeting minutes, follow up action items.
 - Guideline subordinate on daily issues (customer complaint following, hold lot disposition,etc.). JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 
任职资格:
- Bachelor's degree graduated in engineering or science;
 - Good written and spoken English and Mandarin;
 - At least 3 years working experience in SMT or camera module.
 - Good knowledge of QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and MSA;
 - Basic knowledge about quality management system.
