该职位来源于猎聘 KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责:

  • General interface with customer for major customer issues – Chair weekly meeting with customer to review weekly IQC/IPQC/OQC/downstream MIL and customer complaint update and etc.
  • Daily review Customer complaint VOC and VOP, follow up with team for critical quality issue.

Monitor 8D cycle time.

  • Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Quality issue reports preparation and related improvement plan follow up.
  • Customer spec review and product criteria establish
  • Regular meeting with internal team for quality issue improvement to achieve customer.
  • Attend customer visit/audit and prepare internal arrangements per agenda. Attend the meeting and prepare meeting minutes, follow up action items.
  • Guideline subordinate on daily issues (customer complaint following, hold lot disposition,etc.). JOB REQUIREMENTS:

任职资格:

  • Bachelor's degree graduated in engineering or science;
  • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • At least 3 years working experience in SMT or camera module.
  • Good knowledge of QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and MSA;
  • Basic knowledge about quality management system.
