Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing, optimizing, and refining the performance management system to ensure effective strategy execution, stimulate organizational vitality, align efforts to achieve strategic and annual business objectives, drive continuous enhancement of organizational capabilities, foster long-term success, and build an outstanding organization.
  • Adapt to business development stages and organizational/performance needs; assist in designing annual key organizational and performance projects, develop operational management calendars, support implementation and optimization to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and systematically.
  • Support performance evaluations and reviews, provide actionable recommendations for improvement, motivate employee initiative and creativity, continuously enhance employee capabilities and efficiency, and foster a culture of accountability and value creation to achieve mutual growth for the organization and individuals while building a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data, delivering regular and accurate performance reports and insights.
  • Other performance management-related duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in large multinational corporations.
  • Strong proactive communication skills and strategic management mindset.
  • Excellent ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and pioneer solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • High self-motivation and resilience; ability to influence senior leadership through professional credibility.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
