该职位来源于猎聘 The role of DEC e-distribution has the responsibilities to develop and implement the E-distribution channel strategies to drive sustainable business growth and to explore new channel like PDD opportunities. Key responsibilities
- Implement distribution strategies and drive go-to-market strategies to deliver consistent and profitable growth.
- Develops and implements partnerships with platform, agencies and other key partners with clear management policy, processes and effective operations.
- To work closely with brand and innovation team to develop the fit-for-purpose distribution innovation pipeline, esp for PDD consumers.
- To work closely with sell-in and tmkt team in budget management, brand value safeguard, PNL control
- To define roles of different layers of distribution store in different platforms
- To build up controlled business framework concerning value chain set up, T1 and T2 management, authorization process etc.
- Leads and develops distribution capability in the team
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor Degree and above
- At least 8-year working experience of distribution experience, EC experience is a must, PDD experience is preferred
- Deep understanding of China's complex digital commerce environment and the category, channel and shopper dynamics
- PPT making and presentation
- Language proficiency both in English and Chinese.
