Overview
To further enhance VA Hot business, we need to build up future core portfolio as well as current core line renovation.
New platform will be a strategic platform for QKR, where new foods format need to be explored to enhance brand profession
Cold is de-prioritized sub-category, but still need minimum effort on re-novation to improve current product mix
Responsibilities
Consumer understanding:
- Provide strategic insight for innovation by understanding trends, consumer unmet needs, competitor dynamics and customer shopper insight.
Innovation:
- Be responsible for 2-3-year portfolio plan in line with brand strategy
- Develop winning product concepts
- Unlock new package opty, format opty, sensory opty
- Innovation P&L owner to help brand GM& uplifting
- Collaborate with x-functional team and sales team during design stage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
- Strong track record in leveraging consumer insights to develop and launch new
product innovations
- Demonstrated success in developing successful local for local product innovation
- Consumer insights and strategy background preferred
- Strong cross functional leadership and collaboration skills to work with Global, Region,
Local and MU teams
- Good nutrition category knowledge preferred
- Literacy in both spoken & written English
