You'll Be Responsible For:

Driving requirement analysis, product design, and iterative optimization for Agent products.
Designing and managing training data collection, annotation pipelines, quality control, and validation.
Optimizing prompt engineering strategies to ensure models accurately understand and execute analytical tasks.
Building product evaluation systems and continuously monitoring system performance and data quality.
Coordinating AI researchers and engineers to translate product requirements into technical implementations .

You Might Thrive In This Role If You:

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of AI product management experience; experience in finance, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus .
Have a strong understanding of prompt engineering best practices and are familiar with the LLM application development lifecycle.
Possess experience with data systems, capable of designing high-quality data collection schemes and validation standards.
Understand the data requirements for AI model training and have relevant project experience.
Have a data-driven mindset for decision-making and can validate product hypotheses through experimentation .
Exhibit excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills to effectively drive project execution .
