- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
- Competitive Intelligence: Have a clear analysis of all competition on domestic and international market, and Benchmark the best ideas
- Work closely with financial and sales department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way. A good example here is working directly with sales people for improving their sales associate skills and competencies
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the marketing with various departments in the organization.
- Establish strong KPI for Marketing team and business developer team
- On weekly base check and present result to all team and find out solution to bring higher numbers of leads
- Monthly analysis with all directors and finance team to review all the results
- Monitor the development of our new APP for our industry
