About This Role
We are seeking a Senior ADAS Director to lead and execute all development activities within the "Electronics & Fully Automated Driving" process chain, focusing on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Highly Automated Driving (HAD) projects. You will be responsible for defining global ADAS strategy and architecture, building and managing a high-performing global ADAS team, and developing strong technical partnerships. Your role includes requirement management, project monitoring, validation, testing, production oversight, and supporting the organization's budget planning process.
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience in automotive electronic system development (hardware and software), with a focus on ADAS / automated driving.
- Proven ability to establish strategic partnerships with technical partners to drive product strategy and execution.
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong disciplinary and professional leadership with demonstrated team management capability.
- Hands-on technical and project management experience in automotive electronics or related industries.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
