Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or related business field, Master's degree in business or technology preferred
- 7+ years in sales, business development, product marketing or product management in semiconductor process or process control equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems
- Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead change and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers
- Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally and externally
- Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills
- Success in negotiating sophisticated contracts in competitive situations
- Travel domestically and internationally, as needed
