Responsibilities


• Responsible on creative conceptualize, core campaign idea, craft, and lead the visual execution and video content creation for product marketing campaigns.


• Responsible for the product into the global visual experience of the worldwide market, including core creative ideas, visual content management, and layout. Transforming marketing objectives into a cohesive and powerful visual narrative that lives seamlessly across different channels, platforms.


• Develop and present compelling creative concepts, mood boards, and visual frameworks to internal teams and multiples region.


• Responsible for the product series art direction, including but not limited to product series' key visuals, product proofs, typography design, editorial design, KSP video, contents idea and other creative collateral materials creation.


• Independently responsible for designing assets for marketing campaigns and closely working with other departments with efficient communication and cooperation, having the capabilities to create a full campaign works and ideas.


• Work closely with producer and copywriter, production and be able to filter the most relevant business needs and work with them on image/video assignments to achieve global standards of work. Participate in manufacturer's projects to analyze key product features, implement insight targeting metrics, develop messaging and generate clear and simple presentations for advertising agencies, manufacturers or production companies.

Qualifications


• 3-5 years of experience as a designer, art director role, experience in art directing photoshoots and video shoots, preferably within an advertising agency, design studios, or an in-house creative team for a leading brand.


• Great visual aesthetic sense with an incredible eye for detail and deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and branding principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and elaborate on the creative ideas.


• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be able to prioritize effectively, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Capabilities to define and maintain the overarching visual tone from brand or products, further working on the art direction and creative ideas for all campaign assets.


• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier), Figma and any 3D related C4D/Blender or any multiples mediums. Familiarity with creative production processes and workflows. You should have a deep understanding of the creative production process, and should be able to manage projects effectively from start to finish.


• Constantly explore new design trends, technologies, and cultural shifts to ensure our work is always ahead of the curve. And being proactive to share fresh creative inspiration and ideas for different projects.


• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. Must be willing and able to travel on business trips.
