该职位来源于猎聘 此职位为9个月短期岗,有意向者欢迎来询 人力资源 1) 提供人力资源运营服务,员工入职和离职服务,数据管理,工资福利计算和处理。 2) 执行公司人才引进战略,提供招聘服务,达到既定的指标要求。 3) 根据员工发展需求和业务战略规划执行培训计划。 4) 保持高度的保密。 办公室管理 1) 办公室行政管理,访客登记。 2) 协助并组织公司活动和会议,准备会议的议程和材料。 3) 供应商管理,作为与其他部门和外部机构/供应商的联络。 4) 办公环境、设备、用品的维护。 5) 协助办公室文化活动,如团队午餐,旅行安排等。 6) 创建和更新有关公司政策、福利和程序的文件和报告。 7) 公司安排的其他工作。 要求 1) 本科以上学历。 2) 有外企人力资源或行政管理经验者优先。 3) 具有劳动法和人力资源实践经验者优先。 4) 流利的英语口语,良好的商务英语写作能力。 5) 有使用Word, Excel和Access等计算机软件的经验。 6) 良好的倾听和沟通能力,良好的人际关系技巧,包括解决冲突。 7) 灵活的工作态度,以客户为中心的服务态度,注重细节和跟踪。 8) 较强的分析能力,能够明确问题,收集数据并得出有效的结论。 9) 能够同时处理多项任务,能在压力下有效工作并保持冷静。 10) 自我激励,高度责任感,良好的团队合作精神和纪律性。 Position responsibility Human Resource 1) Deliver HR Operations services, employee on boarding & Off boarding, data management, payroll and benefit calculation and processing.

  • Executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, recruiting service and meet established KPIs. 3) Plan and execute learning programs aligning with people development needs and business strategy. 4) Maintains high level of confidentiality. Office Admin 1) Office admin management, visitors registration. 2) Assisting the organization of company events and meetings. Prepare agendas and materials for executive meetings. 3) Vendors management, act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies/vendors. 4) Office environment, equipment, and supplies maintenance. 5) Assist with office culture activities, such as team lunch, travel arrangements etc. 6) Creates and updates files and presentations regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures. 7) Other duties as assigned Requirement 1) Bachelor's degree required. 2)

Experience in Human Resources and office admin within international organization is preferred. 3) Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices is preferred. 4) Fluently verbal English, and good business English writing. 5) Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel and Access required. 6) Good listening & communication skills, good interpersonal skills including conflict resolution. 7) Flexible/adaptable approach, strong customer-oriented service attitude, attention to details and good follow up. 8) Strong analytical skills - ability to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusion. 9) Ability to handle multi-tasks, work effectively & remain calm under pressure. 10) Self-motivated, high sense of accountability, good team player and discipline.
