Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Portfolio Manager to conduct comprehensive and in-depth alpha research on cryptocurrency markets, identifying profitable opportunities and developing actionable insights.
- Collaborate on the exploration of new tools, data sources, and methodologies to enhance the quality and depth of crypto trading strategies.
- Contribute to the end-to-end process of quantitative research, including data collection, statistical analysis, and performance evaluation of trading models.
Skills and Experience
- Crypto Trading Expertise:
Possess more than three years of direct, hands-on experience in crypto trading within a hedge fund or comparable financial institution, providing a strong foundation in navigating complex market dynamics and executing strategies effectively. - Academic Excellence:
Hold a bachelor's degree from a top-tier academic institution. A strong academic background in mathematics, computer science, finance, or related disciplines is highly desirable. - Programming Skills:
