  • F&B Operations Standards
  • Working closely with MKT team to support local and regional product training and mentoring that meets the brand positioning and consumer insights;
  • Develop formulas and SOPs consistent with the R&D team to ensure standardized operation execution in stores;
  • Work with retail team to assist F&B category sales, follow up on relevant promotion plan and provide feedback on the results ; -Training
  • Implement the annual training strategy and plan of the Training Department, regularly carry out training programs on products, services, standardized operations, etc. (such as new product training, sales skills training, etc.) to provide training for Retail staff and Mainland China office teams;
  • Based on the training results, analyze employee performance and conduct continuous tracking through regular store visits, and provide ongoing feedback to the training manager and sales team;
  • Standardize and promote the continuous implementation of operational standards for each store (such as ice cream production standards and product standards) (such as product language standards and trial and tasting standards);
  • Update and revise training documents, including training courseware and training manuals;
  • Combining mysterious visitors and providing continuous follow-up services;
  • Support the training department in planning and implementing all projects to meet the company's business strategic needs.

Requirements: -Minimum Education Required:

bachelor or above.

  • 3-5 years; supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage/retail environment.

Or similar fast paced, customer service, culinary environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills -Proficient in various software applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel -Previous experience in a food and beverage environment with increasing levels of responsibility and strong working knowledge of general food and beverage practices and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/direct, coach and train others in a food and beverage/retail setting, and the ability to relate well using communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills required.
  • Experience in a specialty retail/food and beverage environment preferred. -Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational need may require and adapt to business trips -Detail oriented.
