Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Partnership Management

Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, digital payment providers, and other relevant ecosystems.

Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle — from prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, to post-launch performance management.

Explore cross-selling opportunities and new distribution models to expand market reach.

Ensure product competitiveness through continuous improvement of customer experience and pricing strategy.

Monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion, retention, claim ratios) and propose improvement strategies.

Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management review.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments (product & tech, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.

Collaborate with regional teams to replicate and adapt successful business models across markets.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and local partners to ensure compliance with insurance laws and guidelines.

Support team development and knowledge sharing on digital partnership and e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, fintech, or e-commerce partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of micro insurance, digital distribution models, and online consumer behavior.
  • Proven track record in partnership acquisition, business negotiations, and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
