Job Description: Develop the yearly production plan for the stamping department in line with the company's development strategy. Further break down the annual plan into monthly and weekly production plans to ensure precise execution. Supervise and adjust production schedules to guarantee that production progress aligns with demand. Plan the long-term development of the stamping department, encompassing technology upgrades, equipment renewals, and team building initiatives. Building the teams across various sections including stamping, welding, grinding and polishing, secondary processing, and others to ensure smooth team operations. Coordinate inter-departmental work and resolve cross-departmental issues arising during production. Assess employee performance, devise and enforce reward and punishment mechanisms to boost employee morale and work efficiency. Oversee quality control at every production stage in the stamping department to ensure products meet both company standards and customer expectations. Evaluate production efficiency, suggest improvement plans, and strive to enhance production effectiveness. Plan and execute projects related to automation, process optimization, or lean production methodologies. Develop equipment maintenance and care protocols to ensure equipment operates normally and reduce failure rates. Organize training and management sessions for the equipment repair team to enhance their maintenance skills. Supervise safety practices in the stamping department to ensure employees adhere to safety operating procedures. Regularly conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments, and promptly address any potential safety risks. Promote environmental protection efforts within the stamping department to ensure production processes comply with environmental regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a 985/211 university or oversea background, with a major in mold manufacturing, materials engineering, mechanical automation, or related fields. Proficient in stamping, welding, grinding and cleaning, secondary processing, cold heading, hot forging, and other production processes and equipment, with an in-depth understanding of process flow, equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Also has practical experience in these processes. Familiar with various stamping processing equipment, selection principles, and differences, and possess knowledge and practical experience in servo press machines. Experienced in managing large companies or precision part processing (such as electronic or medical products), with stringent requirements for size accuracy and surface cleanliness. Skilled in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of automated production lines, and familiar with the selection and application of various automation equipment (such as industrial robots, automatic welding, automated assembly lines, etc.). Experienced in managing multi-batch, small-quantity product production, and rich in on-site quick mold change, production scheduling, machine arrangement, and flexible personnel management. Familiar with quality management systems and safety production management systems, proficient in quality management and safety management. Possess standardized and lean production management experience or concepts, and have implementation experience in lean projects or background in industrial engineering. Knowledgeable about MES and MSP systems, with experience in digital factory implementation being a plus. Over 10 years of management work experience in stamping and related manufacturing fields, especially in large-scale, complex manufacturing environments. In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, including stamping, welding, grinding and cleaning, and secondary processing. Proven success push large teams (over 200 members), with adeptness in navigating complex management challenges. Familiarity with SAP system operations preferred. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and emotional intelligence; capable of thriving under pressure, demonstrating integrity, and maintaining composure in dynamic environments.
