Job Description

- Daily Level I dispatch of GE HealthCare BU, modalities and third-party company's applications: dispatch the orders to the corresponding GEHC BU, modalities and third-party companies according to the system report mail every day and follow up the training status.
- Preparation and support for internal training class: send the demand to the conference vendor, confirm the required list from application team include prototype equipment when needed, and apply in the system, onsite support, summarize the training score results after the conference, update the qualification both in system and manual tracker, prepare the training agreement and assist in signing.
- Be responsible for Level II training and relevant arrangement, including communication with application team, third party / training supplier, internal IPP and external customers, etc., conduct relevant process, submit the request in the SSP system after confirmation and onsite support, assist in signing and related work, etc.
- Third party application training fee settlement: sort out the payment tracker according to the system report, send the list meeting the settlement conditions to the training supplier for verification, submit the request in the SSP system after confirmation, receive after approval, and register in the payment tracker.
- System related work support: create event for GE APP and solve the issue of daily system use; Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly report: provide data support for application managers.
- Quarterly finance ECA Check: provide training IBs payment status to Finance.
- E-application System upgrade support: propose requirements based on business and Application team, further communicate with relevant person on feasibility.
- Support QMS quality management, Internal and external BSI audit yearly to achieve 0 defect target.
- Other related jobs as required.
