About This Position

  • Lead HCB GC logistic network design and deployment, with cross functional collaboration.
  • Manage China logistic operations across Retail and Prof business, via vendor management.
  • Lead logistic team to deliver service, cost results and ensure daily operation excellence.
  • Define and deploy digital capability and resilience logistic network through OTO.
  • Build strong logistic team and talent, meanwhile, accountable for GC logistic capability building up .

What you´ll do

  • Build strategic partnership with top suppliers, identifying hared supply chain efficiencies and aligning with internal and external.
  • Responsible for safety, regulatory, quality and operation compliance of all logistics services providers and driving sustainability agenda in logistic.
  • Lead logistic service improvement initiatives (automation, simplification and digitalization) and ensure daily operation excellence with manage all service issues.
  • Manage LSP (warehouse and transportation) operation with continually improvement, extend HENKEL standard through SOP to all suppliers, and ensure their KPIs achieve targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, service, cost and process etc., build resilience logistic operation.
  • Conduct customer and consumer return/rejection and product physical disposal.
  • Build high performing team and strong talent pipeline.

What makes you a good fit

  • Fluent English, Chinese, local language preferred.
  • Bachelor above degree.
  • System capability (SAP/WMS/TMS/OMS).
  • FMCG and logistic related experience (on-line, off-line and O2O), more than 10years working experience.
  • Supplier management and familiar with market.
  • Logistic network study and footprint change management experience.
  • Team management.
  • Strong engagement and influence skill with cross functional, internal and external stakeholders.
