  • Take in charge of the global HR central admin team annual operations plan & budget and ensure its properly executed. (Mainly cover but not limited to those tasks: office mgt.; canteen, dormitory, security, housekeeping, company events, vehicle/shuttle bus, visa mgt, flight mgt, apartment mgt, cross country mobility/settle down, etc. )
  • Implement the targets set up by the company strategy and biz needs, and deploy them to global HR admin COE team  Fully responsible for the nexperia headquarter administration function, with carrying out the assessment of services regularly for continuous improvement
  • Design the key admin procedural or policy globally to provide best in administration operation service
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure implementation of HR service excellences
  • Responsible for the global admin governance structure and mechanism with monitor by clear KPI;
  • Drive the cost saving opportunities whenever possible through best practice or resources synergy, etc.
  • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead project management and execution, such as of C&B related facilities (canteen, dormitory, employee activity venue etc.) upgrading
  • Subordinator performance management and competency development
  • Emergency cases handling
  • Ad hoc tasks HRD assigned
