Quality Management (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) 1) Lead, supervise and coordinate quality activities such as Supplier Quality, Production QC, Customer Quality, and Function & Reliability Lab in order to meet company's objectives in terms of Quality Systems, government legal regulations and customer requirements.
- Maintain and upgrade Quality System to compliance to ISO standard requirement, and as well as drive and promote for plant level execution, lead internal assessment activities.
 - Represent the customer and the management inside Tianjin Plant to have the authority to stop the production in case of non-conformity and take appropriate decisions or actions for defective products.
 - Review products conformity surveillance plans from all departments and define related improvement programs in case of major deviation.
 - Lead Quality training and equip managers with Quality knowledge.
 
Review and advise the direction of handling customer complaints.
Lead Document Control Center, review and maintain documents of Quality, Product Drawing, Environment, Social Responsibility, FSC and GMP related files, under updated revision.
- Early involve product development by participating regular new product development meeting, setting up test plan for new product.
 - Compliance Management 1) Oversee the company's compliance with all statutory requirements in accordance with the relevant ordinances, rules and regulations.
 - Lead and receive customer audits, identify risks, review and validate audit reports, monitor action plans in effective and efficient deployment.
 - Oversee internal audits in accordance with annual audit plan.
 - Develop and enhance key reporting protocols and performance analysis tools to support management of compliance programs and to provide visibility to compliance activities for senior leadership team.
 - Monitor and evaluate the social compliance activities, including audits to our vendors.
 - Support and ensure all departments to implement and comply with Quality and Environment Management Systems, government legal regulations and customer requirements.
 - Define direction of improvement with related departments, suppliers and customers.
 - Advise and resolve vendor's technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.
