  • Customers' interface and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers in order to maximize revenue for the company.
  • Develop & implement strategy sales plan that focuses on profitability of business, stay competitive and meeting corporate goals with reference to KPI target
  • Lead pre/post sales service team comprises costing, customer service and program management for business loading and order fulfillment
  • Pricing strategy and proposal
  • Negotiate for contracts and to co-ordinate and negotiate all related activities to ensure the completion of these projects.
  • Work effectively with customer on inventory turns, reduce inventory levels, control obsolete and excess inventory
  • Work with Finance and Logistic functions to improve AR collection and inventory turn-over
  • Any ad-hoc related task as assigned by the superior
  • Handle confidentiality is a MUST
  • Experience of handling North America Tech Company is a plus The position will be in charge of business development activities to growth company Top and Bottom lines along with company long term strategy and achieve revenue and profit objectives..
