该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容: Job content: 一、项目获取阶段 Project acquisition phase 1. 新项目图纸制造可行性分析; Feasibility analysis of new project drawing manufacturing. 2. 设备产能、投资额预估(设备及模具) Forecast of equipment capacity and investment (equipment and mold) 3. 制造成本(节拍时间、人数)预估 Manufacturing cost (beat time, number of people) estimation 4. 其他开发成本预估 Other development cost estimation 5. 模具方案预评估 Pre-evaluation of mold scheme 二、项目开发阶段 Project development phase 1. 开发冲压相关非标设备及工装夹具; Develop stamping related non-standard equipment and fixtures. 2. 冲压生产线Layout 的设计、验证与优化; Design, verification and optimization of Layout of stamping production line 3.参与项目期过程验证阶段的工装、设备等出厂验收、 Participate in the factory acceptance of tooling and equipment in the verification stage of the project period. 4.负责PPAP文件制定,包括:流程图、特殊特性清单/矩阵、PFMEA、WI; Responsible for PPAP document development, including: flow chart, special feature list/matrix, PFMEA, WI 5.ERP系统工程模块创建:原材料、产品、模具物料编码,生产模型,客户号关联; ERP system engineering module creation: raw materials, products, mold material code, production model, customer number association 6.冲压样品试制、小批生产跟进,工艺问题分析与改善; Stamping sample trial production, small batch production follow-up, process problem analysis and improvement 7.负责作业指导书编制与工艺参数定义。 Responsible for the preparation of work instructions and the definition of process parameters. 三、量产项目 Mass production project 1.支持生产团队分析、解决冲压生产过程中出现的异常问题; Support the production team to analyze and solve the abnormal problems in the stamping production process. 2.负责工艺纪律检查,工艺文件的维护; Responsible for process discipline inspection and maintenance of process documents. 3.负责工装、设备、模具、生产线关键参数和状态的监控; Responsible for monitoring the key parameters and status of tooling, equipment, molds and production lines. 4. 为生产等相关人员提供培训,提高他们的专业技能; Provide training for production and other related personnel to improve their professional skills. 四、持续改进 Continuous improvement 1.负责冲压产线布局优化,提升整体生产效率; Responsible for optimizing the layout of stamping production line to improve the overall production efficiency. 2.负责冲压产线现有工装、产线、工艺方法的优化; Responsible for the optimization of existing tooling, production line and process method of stamping production line. 3.负责引入新工艺方法、新设备等,提升制造竞争力; Responsible for introducing new process methods, new equipment, etc., to enhance manufacturing competitiveness. 五、领导安排的其它任务。 Other tasks assigned by the leader.
