Job Title:

Quality Assurance Customer Complaint Engineer

This position belongs to YAGEO Electronics (Dongguan) Co Ltd., a subsidiary of YAGEO Groups.

Purpose / Summary:

As our Quality Assurance Customer Complaint Engineer, you will be the key link in addressing product quality issues and complaints related to screen protectors, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous quality improvement. You will lead failure analysis, provide professional technical support, and coordinate internal departments to implement effective corrective actions, playing a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our product quality reputation.

Your Impact in This Role

In this position, you'll be crucial to resolving quality-related matters and ensuring customer trust, driving results through:

  • Handling product quality issues and complaint abnormalities related to customers and business.
  • Leading product failure analysis, identifying root causes, and promoting relevant internal departments to implement effective quality improvement measures.
  • Providing professional consultation, answers, and solutions to customers and business regarding technical issues of products.
  • Leading the preparation, review, and response of 8D reports to ensure thorough problem analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Guiding quality control technicians to complete relevant technical support and inspection analysis work.


What We're Looking For


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Education
    : Master's degree or above; proficient in operating common office software.
  • Technical
    : Skilled in operating the SAP system; familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
  • Tools Mastery
    : Profoundly grasp the principles and applications of quality tools such as QC Seven Tools, 5W2H, PDCA Cycle, MSA, SPC, 5Why Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem-Solving Method, etc.
  • Language
    : CET-6 or above, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; capable of proficiently handling English emails, technical reports and conducting cross-cultural technical communication.


Nice-to-Have Advantages:

  • Experience in handling customer complaints in the screen protector or related electronic products industry.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently promote cross-departmental cooperation.
  • A proactive and responsible work attitude, with strong ability to withstand work pressure.
