Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure the completion of regulatory requirements through successful coordination to unite and drive correspondent stakeholders in positive direction to jointly accomplish the regulatory reporting requirement in good management
- Responsible for formulating the strategy/policy and conducting timely review in line with the regulatory requirement and internal actual practice of the business, products etc. in a continuous advancing mode
- Design and conduct annual key performance indicators in relationship with regulatory requirements for the purpose of good implementations by related stakeholders to enhance the data quality for profound assessment
- Improve the proactively monitoring and inspection mechanism for the reporting quality and provide insightful feedback with viewpoints to strengthen the timely reporting data enhancement
- Accountable for the effective communication with inter-departments and Regulators on the regulatory reporting activities to achieve smooth implementation within organized management
- Organize all departments of the bank to conduct self-inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements and timely rectification
- Coordinate and organize relevant stakeholders to participate in regulatory related training to enhance the understanding of the nature of regulatory requirements, strengthen the necessity for data governance, effectively organize all parties to create synergy and continuously improve the data quality
- To execute and complete other tasks assigned by line manager
Education And Relevant Experience
- 8 years of compliance working experiences OR regulatory reporting working experiences in bank of PBOC/CBIRC/SAFE etc
- Bachelor's degree or above (Finance/Financial Engineering/Computer Sciences /Econometrics/ Mathematics preferred)
- Deep understanding of regulatory data and reporting requirement and standards with good acknowledgement on bank business
- Data governance knowledge and data analysis to facilitate stakeholders for issue solving
- Adaptability and resilience for quick and constant evolving with the changes of reporting landscape of new regulations, technological advancements, and business changes
- Good communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate to various stakeholders
- Ability to navigate in a complex environment & pressure to achieve outcome with passion to assist business with 'problem solving' and 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work independently to deliver high-quality results
