Job Responsibilities:

  • Monetization Strategy Design: Responsible for building the monetization capabilities and plan advertising placements based on user experience & merchant needs, and drive synergistic growth of revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Monetization Resource Coordination: Identify merchant pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional departements to provid emedia solutions that support merchant business growth and leveraging traffic paths and advertising budget characteristics.
  • User Experience Assurance: Standardize brand access and advertising standard and establish systematic monitoring mechanisms for resource efficiency and experience benchmarks.
  • Process Efficiency Optimization: Identify efficiency improvement opportunities across the entire collaboration chain. Enhance cross-team collaboration efficiency through product iterations and process optimizations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in monetization in E-commerce or Q-commerce industry;
  • Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Experience in international platforms or cross-cultural communication is preferred.
  • Excellent logical thinking and data analysis skills. Candidates with the ability to independently perform data analysis using tools such as SQL are preferred.
  • Cross-department collaboration skills: Ability to efficiently collaborate with product, technology, sales, and operations teams to drive the implementation of monetization strategies.
