Summary:
Prioritize and plan workloads/assignments from schedules to achieve safety, quality, throughput, service goals, and to meet customer requirements. Evaluate capacity requirements and identify in advance changes necessary to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
 - Evaluate personnel requirements based on business and employee needs.
 - Evaluate training requirements, conduct and request necessary training as required.
 - Recommend equipment, tooling, and processes to support business objectives.
 - Support Engineering group to meet scheduling of prototypes with Production Control.
 - Coordinate with Logistic to ensure the safety stock material for all products.
 - Enforce safety regulations and all company policies.
 - Report any equipment that is not in safe operating condition and remove it from use.
 - Strive to continually improve the function and operation of production to meet our CIP plan.
 - Oversee all production lines and ensure that they are meeting goals and objectives.
 - Develop and manage personnel and support personnel with conjunction to overall business plan.
 - Evaluate and control spending for manufacturing operating.
 - Ensure the implementation of Business System in all production lines and get improved.
 - Evaluate and improve usage of current equipment and work methods.
 - Work with Engineering to improve production processes and co-establish and follow improved work procedures.
 - Ensure all production documentation is done accurately and in a timely fashion.
 - The works arranged by the leaders
 
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow blueprints.
 - Good problem solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
 - English communication skills, both written and oral.
 - Knowledge of personal computer software and equipment
 - Attention to detail.
 - Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a manufacturing setting.
 - Service oriented with excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
 - Ability to be decisive and work effectively under pressure.
 - Ability to interview, select and organize people into teams to achieve production goals.
 - High energy level and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
 - Experience with QAD system.
 
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical field or equivalent education and experience.
 - Evidence of Continued Education and Training.
 - 4+ years supervisory experience in a similar position required.
