工作职责:

Main Job Purpose

Customer Operations(CO) Excellence Assistant manager is mainly responsible for digital transformation, operational efficiency, and performance KPI (including stock, bw, sales, stock age etc.) processing and analysis within our Customer Operations team. This role will focus on design and deployment for Agentic AI project to address business pain points. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between technology and business needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Project leader for CO AI agent project design and deployment.
  • Digital/Automation Project owner for excellence team of Scenario Planning/Customer Service.
  • Maintain communication with customer service and planning team, provide timely support and data insights and analytical result when receiving requests.

  • Experience in leading cross functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical, must be analytical, possess strong numeric aptitude and problem-solving ability and detail orientated with strong results focus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn, ask questions, seek solutions, active problem solver, and push for change
  • Digital Skills such as RPA, VBA, power query
  • Specific knowledge: Excel; Power BI; Experience with SAP & SQL.
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

Experience Required

Essential

  • 3+ Years above experience in supply chain organization, or data analyst etc.
  • Strong growth mindset, collaboration skill, communication skill.
  • Project management (or change management)

Preferred

  • FMCG experience
  • Familiar with AI/digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, RPA, analytics platforms) is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree or above

Travel
