- Develop and implement comprehensive GC(incloud HK) product strategies, including market analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Communicate with global marketing team for marketing related work and campaign calendar
- Work with LOBs and Supply chain for yearly forecast that follows brand/category focus
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, regulatory and other departments to ensure product development aligns with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including forecasting, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, and events. Relatively strong overall brand communication and project experience, rich media and KOL resources and cooperation experience.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and recommend adjustments to strategies and plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle cosmetics industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Good team player, ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
