Essential Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Talent Management team to understand people management projects and learning and development projects, and participate in the implementation under supervision;
- Provide support to training vendor management, including data collection, verification and consolidation, vender creation in Ariba system;
- Support learning activities, including venue preparing, layout setting up, onsite administration support during the training day professionally;
- Support manages and analysis Learning data, include training records, training feedback results and other training data consolidations;
- Assist in completing Leaning and development monthly reports;
- Support leaning service procurement procedure, including PO Issue, payment and follow up;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or Administration;
- Fluent English in speaking & writing;
- Available for 3 days a week, strong analytical skills, and sense of accountability;
- Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasks, and good team player;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
