Essential Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with Talent Management team to understand people management projects and learning and development projects, and participate in the implementation under supervision;
  • Provide support to training vendor management, including data collection, verification and consolidation, vender creation in Ariba system;
  • Support learning activities, including venue preparing, layout setting up, onsite administration support during the training day professionally;
  • Support manages and analysis Learning data, include training records, training feedback results and other training data consolidations;
  • Assist in completing Leaning and development monthly reports;
  • Support leaning service procurement procedure, including PO Issue, payment and follow up;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or Administration;
  • Fluent English in speaking & writing;
  • Available for 3 days a week, strong analytical skills, and sense of accountability;
  • Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasks, and good team player;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
