Job Description
- Drive the delivery of financial and brand targets across the total brand portfolio.
- Develop and implement integrated product and marketing activation plans to support the business goals of the China division.
- Oversee brand management, brand assets, product marketing strategy, media strategy, and demand generation activities through business, product, and communication strategies. Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Direct and develop brand assets with local/regional internal/external stakeholders(including content direction, multi-platform adaptation, and CRM program support).
- Identify new business opportunities, products, services, and revenue-generating programs through demand creation.
- Own and manage the allocated Brand & Marketing activation budget.
- Develop the marketing organization into an international team.
