Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Sourcing Excellence team with a focus on Client Transition in the Source-to-Order (S2O) process. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up operations, establishing business processes, implementing performance management systems, and providing training and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Transition for S2O Process

  • Lead the transition of clients through the S2O process.
  • Set up operations and ensure readiness for daily activities.
  • Establish efficient business processes according to CIQ standards.

Establish Business Processes

  • Implement efficient, CIQ-compliant processes ready for daily operations.
  • Ensure streamlined workflows for operational excellence.

Implement Performance Management Systems

  • Set up systems to track procurement performance.
  • Enable data-driven decisions and timely interventions.

Training and Knowledge Management

  • Create training programs and a knowledge framework.
  • Ensure team competence through ongoing support.

Joint Process & Procedures Manual (JPPM)

  • Update and implement the JPPM.
  • Ensure documentation and adherence to procedures.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics.

Positive Procurement Experience

  • Ensure smooth, responsive, and efficient procurement processes.

Proven Experience and Expertise:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/Business Administration
  • 5-7 + years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Additional value added certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)/ Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)/ Lean Six Sigma for process optimization / SAP Ariba or Coupa expertise for Source-to-Order systems
