该职位来源于猎聘 The role is responsible for East China retail and agent stores, including both full price and Outlets stores. The main scope is buy and allocate. Need to buy properly for east area, work closely with line manager and retail operation team to maximize store performance through product management and the critical assessment of performance analysis & allocation plans whilst demonstrating great communication skills.
Accountabilities
- Buy proper products for retail stores in East China
- Make reasonable launch plan and make sure it meets business needs.
- Closely monitor product performance and take actions accordingly.
- Deliver weekly replenishment base on sales.
- Closely monitor the inventory situation, coordinate inventory transfer, consolidation and returns with logistics and retail operation.
- Arrange off-shelf for off season products and flow into Outlets.
- Adjust store inventory according with promotion needs.
- New opening store product and inventory preparation.
- Other reports required by line manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Skills - Strong communication skills; Good excel skills; Data analysis skills; Time organization skills. Knowledge - Retail business knowledge; Buying and Merchandising Cycle and Processes; Commercial Awareness Experience - at least 10 years' experience as buyer and allocator. Retail Store Experience preferred. Footwear experience preferred.
