Overview:
KPMG's Market Services Department is seeking a Market Project Officer to assist building and consolidating the KPMG brand through a variety of Markets Initiatives' monitoring and execution. The position will further expand the candidate's professional skills especially on the Project Management ability as well as the interpersonal & communication skills.
Main Roles &
Responsibilities:
- Markets Projects Routine Management Work
- Market projects' coordination & update to Senior Partner/Markets Head.
- Project related Wins & Pipelines.
- Project outstanding status monitoring.
- Project Focus Group meeting coordination and relevant materials preparing.
- Accumulating KPMG's know-hows, the internal service capabilities & KPMG credentials gained from projects.
- Relevant KPMG insights/publications planning & execution for respective markets projects.
- Manage Project Focus Group's routine expenses & budget comparison monthly.
- Internal & External Marketing Communication for Markets Projects
External:
- Keep abreast of Market Dynamics to develop hot topics/client pain points and pitching industry authorities for joint events/forums/conferences related with market projects.
- Manage and organize all logistics in regard of Project-focused events/forums/conferences.
- Discuss & initiate the integrated Project-focused marketing campaigns with project LPs
(Including: Marketing strategy planning, budgeting, delivery quality control and other logistics).
Internal:
- Projects' Internal Promotion
- Projects' MKT Campaigns' Performance Report preparing and internal announcement
- Other task assigned by PM
Experience And Knowledge:
- Bachelor-Degree Or above; Major in Project Management, MKT Communication or other related areas is either preferrable.
- Minimum 1 year experience of Project Management experiences gained from both corporate/ agency environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to handle multi-tasks under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Be proactive, diligent, disciplined, professional and highly self-motivated when dealing tasks Ability to leverage own initiatives and judgments.
- Candidate with PMP (Project Management Professional) license is a plus.
