The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Commerce activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with Head of Commerce, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to Commerce
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Ensures best practice and innovation in all Commerce activities
- Builds strong relationships across teams and acts as point of escalation for client issues
- Manages and develops direct reports with overall responsibility for complete team development
- Contributes to new business development activities as required
