Responsibilities
Proficient in core animation software such as MotionBuilder and Maya, with the ability to independently create high-quality character performances and compelling narrative shots.

Handle post-processing of motion capture data, including data cleaning, editing, and dynamic adjustment to ensure animation quality.

Possess experience in on-set motion capture direction, capable of collaborating directly and effectively with directors, actors, and technical teams to ensure shoot outcomes meet creative vision.

Mastery of Unreal Engine and its Sequencer toolset for creating and integrating cutscenes; experience with Metahuman facial animation is a strong plus.

A minimum of 8 years of practical experience creating cutscenes for films or AAA games, supported by a strong demo reel/portfolio.

Deep understanding of character expression and facial animation creation, effectively conveying character emotions through nuanced performance.

Solid sense of cinematography and narrative pacing, with the ability to drive the animation process independently.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, adaptable to cross-departmental cooperation and evolving project requirements.

Qualifications
Experience processing facial motion capture data.

Background in Previs/Layout production.

Capability to handle some in-game animations, such as character abilities, execution moves, etc.

Experience creating combat/melee action animations, with familiarity in martial arts principles.

Experience designing and animating non-humanoid creatures/monsters, demonstrating excellent animation understanding and creativity.
