You support our team as
Tribology Trainee
Responsibilities
- Run tribology test according to work instruction or standard
- Construct and setup tribology test rigs according to the application/customer requirement, with the assistance of maintenance and KLM ITE.
- Carry out tribology projects to support MA and Sales to solve application problem of the customers.
- Carry out tribology projects to increase technique know-how and share them to the team.
- Carry out research on component/surface/material analysis
- Develop and optimize tribological test methods
- Participate and give technical guidance for product development
- Provide tribology support to MA, Sales and QA in dealing with customer complaints
- Provide tribology support to Sales and MA in customer visit, business trip and training ect.
- Ensure proper documentation of experiment and test results
- Report test and experiments results in oral and written form to superior
- Ensure cleanliness and order of work area
Qualifications
- Master or higher Degree in tribology, mechanical engineering, physics or relative field
- CAD construction or programming skill is a plus
- preferable relative experience in tribology testing, e.g. bearing, chain, gear, etc.
- Good communication in English, fluent in speaking and listening; (Language Skill)
- Good team work with colleagues
- excellent PC skills
