该职位来源于猎聘 The position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships and alliances with key external organizations . This role ensures that alliances drive mutual business growth, align with company objectives, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development & Strategy Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic alliance opportunities. Develop joint business plans with partners to align on goals, KPIs, and execution strategies. Negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, and governance structures.
  • Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners, fostering strong, trust-based relationships. Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and explore growth opportunities. Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and partners.
  • Execution & Performance Tracking Drive joint initiatives to maximize impact. Monitor partnership performance against targets Provide regular reports to leadership on alliance health, risks, and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment on partnership goals. Enable internal teams with partner training, collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence Stay informed on industry trends, competitor alliances, and emerging partnership models. Recommend adjustments to alliance strategies based on market dynamics. Education and Experience: -Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's or MBA is preferred. -Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in alliance management, business development, project management, or external partnerships. -Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial). -Experience in managing strategic partnerships or collaborations (e.g., co-development, licensing, joint ventures) is highly desirable. -Familiarity with the product life cycle from R&D to commercialization in the pharmaceutical industry. -Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Experience with multinational environments and cross-border alliances is a plus. -Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
