工作职责:

岗位概要: Key Performance Area

  • Business partner:

All-rounder and seasoned SC BP partner for Sourcing/Logistics function cover integrated planning/implementation/analytical cycle to drive value-added and insights driven action plans.

Understand food category sourcing material market trend, price trend, future availability of materials as benchmark to assist sourcing team to evaluate supplier price competitiveness.

Understand food category logistics cost to serve model in omni-channel & EC platforms to optimize CPU.

  • Process and control enhancement:

Work with SC to drive improvements and automation of processes, systems, and controls.

Responsible to ensure controls sufficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive SC self-service finance reporting digital transformation:

Understand status quo and data source from multiple systems.

Work with D&T teams to develop analytical tools to support visibility and fact-based decision making.

BP Function

  • Business partner with responsible supply chain leaders and the process owner to analyze cost drivers, variances, and propose corrective or potential cost saving measures as daily routine.
  • Lead regular performance review, annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning to manage performance and providing recommendations on opportunities and risks.
  • Focus on continuous improvement projects and dynamic resource allocation to support the achievement of financial targets.
  • Liaison and coordinate with cross-function in enhancing the support of business operations.

Compliance, Process & Control Enhancement

  • Diagnosis process control weakness through periodically loop audit test
  • Enhance the control environment through effective internal controls and procedures are in place and stakeholders' education & training
  • Liaising with external and internal related audit teams with respect to operations
  • Continue to seek for operation process efficiency and effectiveness opportunity through leverage system capability

SC Finance Reporting Simplification And Digital Transformation

  • Consolidate and leverage the existing reporting package to meet customer needs
  • Explore potential D&T solution and seek for best fit for process/reporting automation

Team Development And Leadership

  • Project leader of SC functional development initiatives and transformations
  • Responsible for management, coaching & development of the team

任职条件:

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

l Minimum 5 years of experience in full scope plant finance controlling & costing analysis role

l Big 4 and Finance MT background will be plus

l Familiar with the ERP system (SAP is a plus) and sound knowledge of MS Excel

l Good communication skill in both English & Chinese

l A self-starter, who independently looks for where they can add value in a dynamic environment

l Ability to work autonomously as a key member across finance and plant leadership teams

l Excellent understanding of internal control, costing accounting treatment, E2E SC process

l Can do attitude with analytical focus, fully engaged from plan to execution in an agile way

l Have their own opinions and dare to speak out

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

l University Degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Auditing

Professional finance qualification (equiv. to CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA)
