Welcome to QIMA Our team is looking for a Client Service Supervisor at our office in Hangzhou,Binjiang

Day To Day Duties May Include

  • Communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Manage the client experience through accelerated customer service and support.
  • Receive samples and log them into laboratory software.
  • Create and maintain client financial account and communication profile.
  • Liaise with laboratory staff to meet customer expectations.
  • Deliver results data to achieve customer satisfaction by maintaining specified turnaround targets.
  • Process payments and respond to account balance questions, collections when required.
  • Respond to customer concerns and complaints and initiate corrective or preventative actions.
  • Order supplies through procurement and coordinate shipments.

职位要求
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years previous work experience in client services, business administration or agriculture
  • Education: A post secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in chemcial, international trade or business administration would be a strong asset.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of agriculture and/or sales would be an asset.
