该职位来源于猎聘 As a [Key account Manager], you will focus on steel customer development, including state-owner steel companies and private companies, building market is PPG priority and then is Appliance market. Key Responsibilities (6-10 maximum bullet points in this section)

  • You will need to take charge of new business development in North of China and East of China
  • Define sales plans and new business development activities
  • Co-ordinates the activities of all departments with whom the customer has direct contact to provide a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Monitor competitive activity within accounts and communicate information to relevant parties.
  • Well prepare and deliver routine, project sales reports and presentation on time, prepare and oversee all internal and external delivery of sales presentations to key accounts and management to ensure sales on track.
  • Keep CRM and sales forecast up to date
  • Explore new market and new customer
  • Existing customer development & existing customer relationship maintenance to expand share
  • Working with function team (technical/TSR/QC/Plant/Customer service) to make sure PO delivery on time
  • Lead line trial together with TSR/Technical
  • Payment collection Qualifications ( maximum bullet points in this section)
  • Number of Years' experience: 2~4 years working experience
  • Previous experience preferred: familiar with coating application and key account management
  • Education (required): associate degree or Bachor degree
  • Languages: Chinese
  • Other preferred qualifications (preferred): 60% business trip
  • Strong business acumen, coupled with experience in sales management and business development
  • Experience in coating, chemical
  • Ability to work and influence effectively with management, sales teams and customers
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects for internal and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in solution selling and value-based selling.
