该职位来源于猎聘 Key responsibilities.主要职责 1、从客户处收集并记录软件 / 硬件需求,分析软件 / 硬件需求,并在团队中进行讨论。
- Collect and record SW/HW requirements from customer, Analyze HW/SW requirements and discuss them in the team; 2、定义软件 / 硬件的技术要求。
- Defining technical requirements for HW/SW; 3、组织并推动对软件 / 硬件需求的评审。
- Organize and facilitate the review of HW/SW requirements; 4、支持软件 / 硬件调试、功能测试、耐久性测试等。负责软件问题分析,并为解决故障提供质量支持。Support for SW/HW debugging\function test\durability test and so on. Responsible for the SW issue analysis and support quality for trouble solving; 5、负责技术文档(软件 / 硬件、设计文档、测试数据等)的准备、存档、发布和管理。
- Responsible for the technical documents management (SW/HW, design documents, testing data) preparation, archiving, releasing and management; 6、协助管理供应商:将需求传达给供应商,并跟踪实施情况。Support to manage the supplier: transfer the requirement to supplier side and track the implementation performance; 7、支持跨部门完成新产品样品制作和试运行。
- Support the cross-department to finish the new products samples and the pilot running; 8、支持解释和解决试运行期间存在的问题。
- Support to explain/solve the issues existing during the pilot running; 9、支持解决客户(质量部门)反馈的产品设计问题。
- Support to solve the products design issue reported by customer (quality department); 10、与客户进行技术沟通,并与欧洲团队进行对接。
- Interface with customer for technical communication, and interface wit EU team; 11、完成直接上级安排的其他任务。
- Other tasks which are assigned by directly supervisor.
Requirements/Qualification.任职资格 1、本科及以上学历,电子、计算机或车辆相关专业毕业;
- Bachelor or above, graduated from electronics\computer\vehicle major; 2、至少三年工作经验。具备无刷直流电机电子控制单元(BLDC motor ECU)的基本知识、软件算法 / 硬件开发能力以及开发实践经验;
- Minimum three years working experience. Has the basic knowledge of the BLDC motor ECU;software algorithm / hardware development and the development practice experience; 3、有从无刷直流电机电子控制单元(BLDC ECU)产品设计到量产的经验;
- Has the experience of BLDC ECU products from design to mass production; 4、善于与人沟通,能以良好的情绪投入工作,为人正直,具备勇于冒险、抗压和创新的工作精神;
- Good communication to people, can work with good emotion, and to be integrity, can work with the spirit to take the risk, pressure and innovation. 5、具有逻辑思维能力,注重细节。5.logical mindset and detail focused.
