Job Description

  • Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures within the logistics department.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to international trade regulations, including import and export laws.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on trade compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trade compliance activities and documentation.
  • Support the logistics team in resolving any compliance-related issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in trade compliance regulations and adapt company policies accordingly.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Trade Compliance Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a related field.
  • Proficiency in managing compliance audits and liaising with regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
