Responsibilities:
- Monitor the customer portal website and promptly communicate it to relevant internal departments
- 监控客户门户网站并第一时间传递给内部相关部门
- Receive customer 0KM and after-sales issues after SOP, organize a team to analyze the problems, determine corrective measures and implementation effects, and submit an 8D report.
- SOP后的客户0KM和售后问题的接收,组织团队对问题进行分析,确定整改措施和落实效果,完成8D报告提交。
- Develop product audit standards and complete product audits as required
- 制定产品审核规范,并按照要求完成产品审核
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting customer quality indicators, driving internal optimization for potential improvements.
- 负责客户质量指标监控和报告,针对潜在改善,驱动内部进行优化。
- As the interface for the customer quality department, it supports relevant change work after SOP
- 作为客户端质量部门的接口,支持SOP后的相关变更工作
- Lead customer audit/visit after SOP
- SOP后主导客户审核/拜访;
Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above
- 质量/技术相关 5 年以上工作背景 More than 5 years of work background in quality/technology related fields
- 受过质量相关培训(如 IATF16949, 五大工具,8D,VDA6.3 等) Quality-related training (e.g. IATF16949, 5 Tools, 8D, VDA6.3, etc.)
- 可以用英语沟通(口头和书面) Be able to communicate with English (both oral and written)
- 熟练使用office 软件 Familiar with office.
- 积极主动,工作勤奋,善于团队合作 Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
- 优秀的沟通能力和问题解决能力 Outstanding communication and structured problem-solving skill.
