Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Optics or material science.
- More than 3 years experience in optical components manufacturing, consumer electronics (optical direction), channel sales management.
- Good learning capability and willingness.
- Excellent communication skills and coordination skills, team work spirit.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
Major Duties:
- Achieve the sales target in assigned business market.
- Key account management including direct customers, value chain partner and end users.
- New customer / application development and drive customer inspired innovation.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer/market information in order to ensure good alignment with various colleagues from different functions and plants.
- Sales activity reporting and communication between local team and global team.
- Drive sales excellence in demand forecast accuracy, value pricing, competitive intelligence and customer intimacy.
- Develop and manage key customers (direct & indirect), value chain partners to grow the business in focus market.
- Deep dive and establish good market / application knowledge and understanding. Drive innovation with internal team and external partners. (as a plus % compliance of team members in company policies and government regulations.
