Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Optics or material science.
  • More than 3 years experience in optical components manufacturing, consumer electronics (optical direction), channel sales management.
  • Good learning capability and willingness.
  • Excellent communication skills and coordination skills, team work spirit.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Major Duties:

  • Achieve the sales target in assigned business market.
  • Key account management including direct customers, value chain partner and end users.
  • New customer / application development and drive customer inspired innovation.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer/market information in order to ensure good alignment with various colleagues from different functions and plants.
  • Sales activity reporting and communication between local team and global team.
  • Drive sales excellence in demand forecast accuracy, value pricing, competitive intelligence and customer intimacy.
  • Develop and manage key customers (direct & indirect), value chain partners to grow the business in focus market.
  • Deep dive and establish good market / application knowledge and understanding. Drive innovation with internal team and external partners. (as a plus % compliance of team members in company policies and government regulations.
