Organizational

To act and perform according to the Quality Policy;
To keep a professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues;

To report to his/her Project Manager/Supervisor/Section Manager/Department Manager;
To perform other duties assigned by his/her Project Manager/Supervisor/Section Manager/Department Manager.

Technical

Handling projects and finishing tests and projects within lead time;
To prepare projects and technical reports;
To review projects and issue technical reports;
To explain non-compliance points to customers;
To provide technical support to BU.
To train/supervise the project engineers, test engineers or technicians as assigned
To answer technical queries raised by clients or colleagues;
To check and review the project files to make sure the test results are complete and accurate before issuing the technical report
To share, exchange experience/standards/technical information with other colleagues

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject;
At least 3 years working experience in electrical or other related field; previous experience in test is preferred;
Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;
Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
Good computer skill;
Good command of English;
