该职位来源于猎聘 Brief description of the position: This position involves creating, evaluating and optimizing Productive purchasing processes, continuously monitoring and analyzing purchasing data for improvement, and training team member. This position also involves in centralized function, e.g: Supplier Data management etc. Key Tasks: Evaluate and optimize existing purchasing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement new purchasing processes that align with company business and objectives. Continuously monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. Train and guide team members on updated or new purchasing processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness. centralized function, e.g: Supplier Data management etc. Qualification and Skills: Bachelor degree; Overseas studying is a plus; VW experience is a plus; experienced in whole vehicle industry is a plus; experienced in program management;experienced in software development is a plus; Profound knowledge on program management; Good knowledge of vehicle communication architectures; Knowledge for software development languages like PowerShell, Go, Python, Rust, Scala etc.; Fluent in oral & writing English or German; Excellent in Microsoft office; Target oriented work attitude with willingness to learn and taking responsibility;
