Job Overview
This senior marketing role is tasked with leading the digital and social media strategy for a portfolio of domestic and international educational travel products. The focus is on building brand presence, driving user acquisition, and enhancing conversion through innovative content and data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the social media account matrix strategy, overseeing daily content, promotional campaigns, and community management.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, from creative conceptualization to performance analysis.
- Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality content production and effective distribution.
- Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns, continuously optimizing based on data analysis to improve ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Explore and implement new interactive channels and marketing tools to drive user growth and viral engagement.
- Oversee live streaming operations, including content planning, script refinement, and real-time audience interaction support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media marketing.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique marketing dynamics and best practices.
- Proven track record in leading the ideation and execution of large-scale digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and capitalize on market trends.
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential.
