该职位来源于猎聘 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE To manage and oversee the effective and efficient implementation of quality and food safety management systems at our supply base to enable the delivery of safe and consistent quality packaging performance to the customer.
This is achieved by collaborating and utilizing a large diverse and dynamic network of packaging suppliers to deliver a satisfied dining experience for the consumer on each visit, as well as ease of operation for restaurant crew. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
List the key duties, responsibilities, and functions of the job--both qualitative and quantitative; outcomes expected of goals and objectives; accountabilities (decision and people); special projects; key contacts--internal and external; etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customer, other competencies and the suppliers so that information about product performance quality and safety is communicated in a timely manner.
- Work as a quality lead & quality development project manager for the new products, new facilities qualification by cooperating with x-function team and suppliers and assure any new or changes are fully followed tms/HAVI's qualification process.
- Monthly or bi-monthly meeting with customer to update the project and program process. Where is necessary, meeting with customer to provide quality expertise for new project meetings with customer.
- Conduct functional tests and kitchen tests for new products by collaboration with product development team and customer. Conduct regular product evaluations of local supplier production versus target products and monitor product quality performance
- Lead continuous improvement in quality performance, across product categories with supply partners and category teams and provide quality input for new designs/new developments/new innovations.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate and assure adherence to safety, process control, quality control, equipment maintenance, and sanitation processes.
Work together with suppliers to establish & develop systems and programs to improve opportunity areas
- Work with the customer and suppliers on the complaints management, handling, reporting, and follow up. Report the root cause and action plan
- Monitor product performance at suppliers and stores, identify and implement/reapply best practices
- Provide timely and accurate objective data to the line manager or other internal and external parties that require the information while ensuring that the appropriate perspective and messaging is provided to avoid any misunderstanding
- Implement Critical to Quality (CTQ) and Across the Counter Quality (ATCQ) programs according to plan, and ensure packaging standards and specifications are enforced in the market. Integrate the "Voice of the Customer" into packaging specifications by working with PD team.
- Implement quality programs from global, regional and local markets , as well as identify opportunities to drive continuous improvements. Support line manager and work collaboratively with other competencies and account manager(s) to deliver common objectives
- Coach supply partners & new suppliers to develop capability to meet the customer's standards. Lead assigned quality programs deliver against the market and regional plans to meet quality targets
- Follow up the compliance to the supplier workplace accountability requirements of the Customer and share best practices to help supplier's improvement and meet customer's expectation.
- Provide quality data and input to x-function team (e.g. S2C) and review the potential quality data and risk assessment and act as food safety and quality gatekeeper for new supply chain projects as per tms FSQ safety guardrail process.
- Backup the line manager for any quality and safety works when line manager is away.
- Supplier quality data collection, review, analysis, and drive improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years' experience in a quality role in a manufacturing environment where he or she was responsible for raw materials through production to finished goods.
- Technical knowledge on fiber-based and resin-based type of packaging Required:
