Job Summary:
As a Marketing Strategy Manager you will collaborate with stakeholders across the globe and drive setting the overall strategic direction of
's Marketing strategy, as well as defining the strategy for specific topics and key focus areas when business needs applied.
You will own specific workstreams and analysis where you will solve complex quantitative and qualitative analytical problems. You will need to think creatively, identify actionable insights from complex data and engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform in-depth research, draw insights and actionable recommendations on a wide variety of topics (e.g. travel markets, competitive threats and go-to-market strategy etc.)
● Perform quantitative analysis evaluating
and competitor performance using incomplete data requiring estimations and expert insight
● Work with marketing channel and local team to Initiative, own and monitor the implementation of marketing strategy end to end
● Solve complex problems in collaboration with a complex stakeholder environment across the organization
● Prepare high quality presentation materials for management team
● Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including regional teams, finance, marketing etc.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, strategic PMO, or a related field
● Highly proficient in quantitative analysis tools & techniques (SQL, Python or similar preferred)
● Able to turn analysis output into into clear"so what", including high quality presentation materials
● Proven experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex external and internal datasets to drive insights
