Sufficiently mobilizing staff conscious activity, stimulate staff creativity and improvement, train the staff to identify and solve problems, and continue to eliminate waste, improve quality and reduce cost. 工作职责(Responsibilities):
- Responsible for establishing and publicizing company CI culture globally.
- Provide company level training for continuous improvement knowledge which include CI tools application.
- Responsible for defining company yearly OPEX target.
- Coordinate and push related Dept. to create yearly CI projects in order to realize yearly OPEX target.
- Responsible for all improvement projects summarize, follow up, evaluate and awarding for all CI projects
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual improvement result to top management.
- Responsible for suggestion program management.
- Responsible for innovation activity by introducing new concept, process, equipment and method, etc.
- Responsible for CI project rating and awarding activities.
- Deal with other issues assigned by department manager. 任职资格(Qualification) :
- Bachelor or above with fluent English.
- Above 3 years related work experience.
- Six Sigma GB or above certification.
- Familiar with lean management method application.
- With plant continuous improvement experience.
- With good teamwork capability and communication & coordination.
