Job Description:
Key Account Contacts
- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with Key Account Contacts
- Respond to Key Account enquiries and complaints
Customers – New & Existing
- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
- Ensure OFR operations respond to customer enquiries/complaints in a professional manner
Branch OFR Operations
- Provide leadership in the areas of product and business development, resource utilization in branch OFR organization
- Lead the development, implementation and localization of key OFR initiatives and programs
- Facilitate and support branches' efforts in maintaining healthy relationships with trade bodies and government agencies & authorities
- Overview existing service offering for potential product enhancement, i.e. new routings
- Co-ordination (new services) for Danmar Lines LCL
Carriers/Other Suppliers
- Carrier contact/negotiation (OFR) according to corporate policy and local requirements
- Carrier contract/relationship and performance management
- Approve renewal/appointment of Carriers/Suppliers
Port Authority/Customs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies in districts
- Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure operations comply with all regulatory requirements in districts
Marketing & Sales
- Interact with Marketing & Sales (at district level) in terms of operation, pricing
- Contribute to and co ordinate information & activities to support the Bid Team's efforts in securing prospective accounts and managing opportunities
Overseas Stations
Liaise with Overseas Stations on any escalation issue in the district Stations on any escalation issue in the district
Product Management
Defines, implements, monitors and enforces service and quality standards at district level in cooperation with product management
Business Performance & Results
- Responsible for operational result at district level OFR
- Analyses costs and cost structure of production on district level, and derives improvement measurements and actions
- Lead FCL/LCL product maintenance
Championing Quality & Improvement
Responsible for constant improvement and optimization of production means (cost
management)
Business Planning
Take part of the annual planning process ensuring overall OFR develops, a realistic plan
that supports the agreed strategies, maintain or improve market share and service levels, while meeting contribution levels to the network
Business Management
- Responsible for operational management, Traffic management, Technical support (buying,
capacity etc.) in district
- Set OFR specific policies, standards and instructions in alignment with Global, Regional & Country OFR
- Take part in defining and communicating targets to operational units on district/branch level

- Support Customer Implementations of new customer solutions and processes
- Communicate and monitor the deployment of regional and country policies and procedures, while allowing localization to meet local environment needs & requirements

- Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective function.
- Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
