该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1. 积极参与状态估计、系统识别和先进控制器设计等各种控制算法的研究、开发和实施。 2. 在一个多学科团队中工作,并与中微业务部门密切合作,以清晰地理解并量化以控制为导向的挑战和要求。 3. 推动基于模型和基于学习的控制设计,以支持所有 中微产品的设计,并系统地高效提升中微产品的控制性能。 4. 在实时系统中部署控制系统,并进行现场测试和验证,保证成功交付该控制系统。

  • Proactively participates in the research, development and implementation of various control algorithms for state estimation, system identification, and advanced controller design.
  • Works in a multi-disciplinary team and closely collaborates with various AMEC business groups to clearly understand and quantify the control-oriented challenges and specifications.
  • Promote model-based and learning-based control designs to support all AMEC product designs and efficiently improve control performances systematically.
  • Implement control system in real-time systems, and perform in-field tests and verifications to successfully deliver the control system. 岗位要求: 1. 博士/硕士专业为自动控制、电气工程、机械与航空航天工程或相关领域 2. 具备控制架构设计、动态系统建模以及控制系统设计、分析、仿真和实现的能力 3.扎实掌握经典和现代控制理论,修习过控制、鲁棒控制和/或基于学习的控制理论相关课程,例如PID、MPC、H-无穷、ILC、RLC 等 4. 在使用 MatLab、Simulink 和 C/C++ 开发集成解决方案方面拥有丰富的经验 5. 具备基于模型的控制设计经验;了解嵌入式系统和热工工程;或有领导以控制为导向的项目的实绩 6. 出色的口头和书面沟通能力,并在控制相关的会议或期刊上发表过文章
  • Ph.D./M.S. majored in automatic control, electric engineering, mechanical and aerospace engineering, or related areas
  • Ability to perform control architecture design, dynamic system modeling, and control system design, analysis, simulation and implementation
  • Solid knowledge of classical and modern control theory with learned courses on optimal, robust and/or learning-based control theory, e.g., PID, MPC, H-infinity, ILC, RLC and so on.
  • Rich experience in the development of integration solutions with MatLab, Simulink and C/C++.
  • Experience in model-based control design; knowledge of embedded systems & thermal engineering; or demonstrated ability to lead control-oriented projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; and publications in control-related conferences or journals.
